One common task from customers who opens a ticket is sending the field catalog of their ALV.

This is how you can do it:

  1. First, the ALV consistency check need to be displayed.
    One can execute the consistency check by pressing Shift and double-clicking the right mouse button on the empty gray control background at the same time (alternatively, one can use the print preview and enter &SOS in the transaction line).
    Scrolling to the right of the ALV grid should do the work.
  2. In the ALV consistency check, choose Field Catalog in the application toolbar.
    Then select Export -> Local file -> Spreadsheet.
